古巴雪茄2015年發布確認新系列 Habanos 2015 Releases Confirmed
As in previous years, much of the attention during the Habanos Festival, held in Havana during the last week of February, focused on the new releases scheduled for the year ahead. Habanos use the festival to showcase their intended program of new cigar launches for the year ahead.
This year’s list includes additions to standard line productions, Limited Editions as well as a Grand Reserva and a special release.
However, when looking at the cigars listed below, please temper your expectations with the knowledge that these cigars have so far only been showcased, they have not yet been released. Generally the new releases can be expected to begin arriving in the UK during the second half of the year.
The full list of new releases anticipated during the coming year is:
STANDARD LINES:
These are cigars that will be added to the standard production of particular brands.

LIMITED EDITIONS
Two Limited Edition releases will arrive from H. Upmann and Ramon Allones. As with all previous Limited Editions (since 2007), all the tobaccos in these cigars are aged for a minimum of two years before they are used in the production of these cigars.

There is also a unique special release cigar planned in honour of the 80th anniversary of the Montecristo brand. This cigar will be limited production, dressed with a second band and a unique size within the Habanos portfolio.

GRAN RESERVA
These cigars are only released by global brands and in their most iconic formats. The classification also signifies that all the tobacco used has been aged in bales for a minimum of five years before the cigars are made. Only 5,000 boxes, each containing 15 cigars, will be produced for the world market
